1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Himajal website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order placement are final.
3. Order and Payment
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. For COD orders, confirmation is subject to delivery address serviceability. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery through our authorized payment partner PayU.
4. Delivery and Installation
We provide free delivery and professional installation for all purchases within our serviceable areas. Installation is scheduled within 24-48 hours of delivery. Delivery timelines are 3-7 business days within Telangana and Andhra Pradesh; 7-14 days for other states.
5. Warranty
All Himajal products come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty. Some products carry 2-year warranty as specified. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but not damage due to improper use, power fluctuations, or unauthorized modifications.
6. Returns and Refunds
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if found defective or significantly different from description. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are borne by Himajal for defective products.
7. AMC Plans
Annual Maintenance Contract plans are non-refundable after the first service visit. AMC covers scheduled services, filter replacements (as per plan), and parts as specified in the selected plan.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
